2. What data we collect and why
BVG Consulting collects personal data only where strictly necessary. The table below summarises what we collect, why, and on what legal basis.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form on this website, we receive your name, company name, and email address, along with the content of your message. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Meeting bookings
When you book a meeting via the Google Calendar booking link, your name and email address are collected by Google. This data is processed by Google under their own privacy policy. BVG Consulting uses this data only to conduct the scheduled meeting.
Website visits
This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels. No visitor data is collected through the website itself beyond what you actively submit via the contact form.
3. Contact form processing via Formsubmit
The contact form on this website is processed by Formsubmit.co, a third-party form forwarding service. When you submit the form, your data is transmitted to Formsubmit's servers and forwarded to BVG Consulting's email address. Formsubmit does not store your data beyond the transmission. Please refer to Formsubmit's privacy policy for more information.
4. How long we keep your data
Personal data received via the contact form is retained only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and thereafter for a maximum of two years for administrative purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law or a business relationship develops.
Data related to invoicing and financial records is retained for seven years in accordance with Dutch tax law.
5. Sharing your data
BVG Consulting does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with:
- Service providers necessary to deliver our services (e.g. Google Workspace for email and calendar), under appropriate data processing agreements
- Authorities where required by law
Where BVG Consulting works with partners (such as UNISOL LLC, Atech, NX Filtration, or VITO), your personal data will only be shared with your explicit consent and where relevant to the services you have requested.
6. International data transfers
BVG Consulting uses Google Workspace, operated by Google LLC, which may transfer data to servers outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States. Google applies appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. For more information, see Google's privacy policy.
7. Your rights under the GDPR
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations

- Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Right to data portability — you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format

BVG Consulting takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access. This website uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
